Meet Leslie Bonzella

Leslie is a Cincinnati-based realtor with Coldwell Banker and nearly a decade of experience in graphic design and art direction. A Cincinnati native, she recently returned home after several years in Brooklyn, NY — bringing with her a sharpened appreciation for walkable, community-oriented neighborhoods and the character that comes with historic housing stock.

Before earning her real estate license, Leslie built a career leading brand identity, packaging, and creative strategy for clients ranging from established institutions to mission-driven, sustainability-focused companies. That design background shapes how she approaches real estate: a trained eye for space, character, and potential — especially in Cincinnati's historic and architecturally unique homes.

Having grown up here and lived in one of the country's most walkable cities, Leslie combines genuine local knowledge with an outsider's fresh perspective on what makes a neighborhood work. She's especially passionate about connecting clients with homes and communities that offer real character and connection — not just square footage.
